Natalie Portman talks about her new film ‘Black Swan’, her character “Nina”, the story of the movie, dancing instruction for the movie, the distinction amongst her character “Nina” and Mila Kunis’ character “Lily” and her fascination with ballet. She lives with her retired ballerina mother Erica (Barbara Hershey) who zealously supports her daughter’s professional ambition. When artistic director Thomas Leroy (Vincent Cassel) decides to substitute prima ballerina Beth MacIntyre (Winona Ryder) for the opening manufacturing of their new time, Swan Lake, Nina is his very first alternative. But Nina has opposition: a new dancer, Lily (Kunis), who impresses Leroy as properly. Swan Lake requires a dancer who can perform both the White Swan with innocence and grace, and the Black Swan, who represents guile and sensuality. Nina suits the White Swan position properly but Lily is the personification of the Black Swan. As the two youthful dancers increase their rivalry into a twisted friendship, Nina commences to get more in contact with her dark aspect with a recklessness that threatens to demolish her.
